We are engaged with number of happy customers for services like spare Leafs, Leafs reconditioning and accessories for Pressure Leaf filters. Supported by streamline infrastructure we manufacture and supply a range of superior quality pressure leaf filters. Pressure Leaf Filters are pressure vessel with vertical mounted leafs accumulated on central outlet filter manifold. These filters are equipped with pneumatic vibrator and pneumatic controlled valve at bottom for quick release of cake – dry or wet. There are two types of filters classified according to shell design. 1. Vertical Pressure Leaf Filters. 2. Horizontal Pressure Leaf filters. Filtered cake can be discharged as dry or wet cake: For cake drying dry steam or hot air is used. For wet cake discharge additional spray nozzles are provided.
Pressure leaf filters finds wide applications in different industries such as edible oil, food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals & fine chemicals. Advanced Design of Pressure Leaf filters have Advantages over traditional Plate & Frame filters are as follows –
- Stainless steel Filter Elements have more life then filter cloth, so cost effective.
- Filtration rate is increased, So Output.
- Higher temperature for cake drying effects low retention of mother liquor in dry cake.
- No spillage or loss of filtering liquid due to completely closed filter body.
- Due to automatic cake discharge by vibrator, without opening filter equipment, saves Manpower & Time.

Horizontal pressure leaf filters are used for various applications in edible oil, copper refineries, glucose, starch, chemicals, fertilizers, sulphur, and other industries. Available in different specifications, these can also be custom designed as per the specific requirements of clients. Horizontal Pressure Leaf Filters are mainly used for following Application:
1. Dewaxing / Winterization of edible oils. 2. Liquid Glucose & High molecule corn syrup. 3. Molten Sulphur. 4. Copper Electrolyte Solution. 5. Starch, Pharma & Chemicals.
