Vacuum drum filters are widely used to de-water different kinds of sludge. Our technological advanced RVDF is widely used in hydro metallurgy, ore refining, chemical industry, metallurgic, pharmaceutical industry, waste water treatment and food processing. Our Vacuum drum filters offers continuous filtration through which the solid constituent is separated through filter cloth. The process in RDVF includes cake formation, cake washing, drying and discharge. It use several discharge arrangements to filter cake. The discharge device is selected as per the material characteristics. Some characteristic features of our RVDF are as follows:

• Available in various sizes up to 1000 sq. ft. filtration area each unit
• According to the type of sludge, the de-watered solid discharge, mechanism can be in different configurations e.g. Belt Discharge, Knife Discharge, String Discharge etc.
• Material of construction can be provided in carbon steel and stainless steel or Lining construction to meet specific application requirement.
• The total system can be supplied complete with filtrate receiver, moisture trap and other accessories like Pumps, Vacuum pumps, Blowers etc.
• These filters are suited very much to separate more than 10% solids from the feed solutions on continuous basis for ETP, Food, Chemical etc. We fabricate our Vacuum drum filter using qualitative raw material such as PRFG, plastic and metals. Our RDVF is used for the treatments of slurry having high solid content and excellent permeability having 3- 4 mm. thick cakes. Some of the salient features of the drum filter include:
• Single cell construction having fully perforated drum surface
• Having 4 to 10 times more porosity than conventional filter
• 93% of the filtering surface is under vacuum
• High speed of the drum
• Thin filter cakes facilitates better washing and lower residual moisture
• Blow back discharge having no connected parts
• No agitator is required due to the special filter tank shape
• Completely pressurized and closed construction having up to 100% closed loop
• Size of filter 1/5 to 1/7 smaller than the conventional filter
